Born and raised in the construction community, founder Chris V Marangoudakis was always destined to become a construction entrepreneur. After receiving his BA in Industrial Technology – Construction Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology and solidifying a strong foundation in the industry, Chris decided it was time to open CVM and bring his passion and vision to the five boroughs.

Chris is a firm believer that for every problem, there is always a solution. Construction requires critical thinkers, and in an industry where people work around the clock, he knows there is no time to waste. CVM was built on hard work, quality, critical thinking, and efficiency, and Chris continues to live and work by these values every day. Our team is laser-focused on the next step so that our projects can move smoothly and on budget.

Although we specialize in apartment renovation and have completed more than 1,000 renovations since our inception, CVM also does commercial projects, new construction, high-end residential construction, and capital improvements projects. CVM implements skilled workmanship and quality control across all facets of the business -- from the field to the front office -- so that customers receive the best experience on both sides of the business.
